All our ski goggles are made of strong, flexible plastic, preventing them from breaking in cold temperatures or heavy impacts. Our goggles also feature a dual lens design: the outer lens is scratch-resistant, and the inner lens has a permanent anti-fog coating. This ensures perfect vision at all times.

What is our return policy?
You have a 14-day return policy after receiving your order. You can return the product within this period, provided it's undamaged , unworn , and in its original packaging .
Do you want to return a product?
Then please send an email within 14 days to:

Please state your order number , name , and reason for return (optional) in your email.
You will be responsible for paying for your return shipping costs, unless the error is on our part (for example, an incorrectly delivered item).
Once we have received and approved your return, the purchase amount will be refunded via the original payment method within 5 business days .
What lens color do you need for what type of weather?
The higher the VLT percentage, the more light the lens transmits.
All Novi lenses are designed so that they can be worn in virtually any type of weather.
For extra sharp vision during really bad weather conditions, you can order our bad weather lens (S1) separately for €25.95 .
Lenses with category S1 let in a lot of light and are suitable for low sunlight and bad weather.
Lenses in categories S3 and S4 block a lot of light and are intended for bright light.

Can I track my order?
Yes, as soon as your order has been shipped, you'll receive a track & trace link from us by email. This allows you to easily track your package through the delivery service.
When will my order be delivered?
If you order on a business day before 3:00 PM , your order will be shipped the same day . Within the Netherlands and Belgium, your package is usually delivered within 1-2 business days .
What size ski goggles do I need?
Our ski goggles are one size fits all . Thanks to the adjustable headband , they fit most adult faces and helmets. Please note: our goggles are recommended for ages 14 and up.
