What's included with my NØVI goggles?
Every pair of NØVI goggles comes with a hardcase and goggle cover to keep them protected on the go and between runs. Extra lenses are sold separately.
How does the magnetic lens system work?
Remove the lens from the frame and click the other lens into place. Adjust your goggles to the conditions in seconds.
Will the goggles fit my helmet?
The adjustable strap fits most adult faces and ski helmets. Grip on the inside helps keep it in place. We recommend our goggles for ages 14 and up.
Which lens is right for me?
Lens colour determines how much light passes through. Check the product description for the VLT value and category. A separate low-light lens is available for poor visibility.
What does the frame and strap warranty cover?
We believe in the quality of our products. That's why we offer a lifetime warranty on the frame and strap of your NØVI goggles. Questions or a problem with your goggles? Email info@novi-optics.nl and we'll help.
Can I return my order?
Register your return within 14 days of receipt by emailing info@novi-optics.nl with your name and order number. We'll send a return label. The €6.95 fee is deducted from your refund. See how returns work.
