Refund policy

Want to return a product? No problem. Below you will find the conditions and procedure:

Registering a return:

Register your return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Send an email to info@novi-optics.nl with your order number, name, and reason for return.

After sending an email, you will receive further information about the return in your inbox within 48 hours.

After registering, you have another 14 days to return the product.

Return conditions:

The item must be in its original condition, with all tags still attached.

Returns of worn, washed, altered, or damaged items will not be accepted.

Returns outside the 14-day period will not be processed.

Refund:

The purchase amount will be refunded as soon as possible, at the latest within 14 days of your cancellation request.

We will wait with the refund until we have received the product.

Return costs:

You are responsible for the return costs, unless:

The product is defective.

The wrong item, color, or model was delivered.

Shipping delays due to, for example, customs inspections are not valid reasons for returns.
