Shipping Information

We ship your order within 1 business day via a reliable parcel service (such as PostNL, DHL, or DPD). Within the Netherlands and Belgium, your NOVI order will usually arrive within 1–3 business days. For other EU countries, delivery time is 3–7 business days.

You will receive a track & trace code as soon as your order is on its way. Orders over €50 (NL) and €75 (BE/DE) are shipped free of charge.
